Hot Dip Galvanizing Process
Our exceptional material inspection process for steel pipes ensures unparalleled quality. This includes a meticulous sequence: Hanging, De-greasing to remove unwanted oils, Rinsing to cleanse, followed by Pickling to eliminate rust, with further Washing and Dipping Fluxing preparations. Thereafter, our advanced Hot Air Drying technique prepares the pipes for a both inside and outside Hot-dipped Galvanizing Blow, enriching them with a robust zinc coating.
Subsequent steps involve Cooling, Passivation and Rising to enhance durability, followed by Unloading and a thorough Inspection and Trimming to ensure precision. We then proceed with Type Identification and execute Packaging, culminating in Storing and Transportation, guaranteeing product integrity upon delivery.
