Process
The UOE LSAW pipe forming process unfolds through three pivotal forming steps: pre-bending of the steel plate, followed by U forming and O forming. Each stage employs a specialized forming press, meticulously orchestrating the transformation of steel plates into elegant round tubes, ensuring precision and excellence at every step.

In the JCO forming machine, the steel plate elegantly transforms through multiple stamping steps. The first half is crafted into a 'J' shape, mirrored by the other half, culminating in a 'C' shape. Finally, an open 'O' type tube blank emerges from the middle press, a testament to engineering precision and creativity.
