Process
The UOE LSAW pipe forming process encompasses three pivotal steps: pre-bending of the steel plates, followed by U forming and O forming. The methodical execution of pre-bending, U forming, and O forming in succession transforms flat steel plates into perfectly rounded tubes, ready for industrial applications.

In the intricate JCO forming method, the steel plate undergoes multiple stampings. Initially, the first half is shaped into a 'J', followed by the second half, culminating in a 'C' configuration.
