Hot Dip Galvanizing Process

The process unfolds with stages including Hanging, De-greasing, and Rinsing, followed by Pickling to cleanse the material. Post-washing, we proceed to Dipping Fluxing to promote adhesion, and then undergo Hot Air Drying to prepare the material for the Inside and Outside Hot-dipped Galvanizing Blow, guaranteeing a robust and resilient finish.

The procedure is completed with Cooling and Passivation, enhancing protection and longevity. This is followed by Rising, Unloading, and a thorough Inspection and Trimming to ensure utmost precision. Each piece is marked with Type Identification, then carefully packaged and stored, ready for seamless transportation.
