Process
Discover the intricacies of the UOE LSAW pipe forming process through its three pivotal forming stages: pre-bending of the steel plate, followed by U forming, and concluding with O forming. Each stage utilizes a custom-designed forming press to diligently transform the flat steel plate into a perfectly rounded tube, ensuring exceptional precision and reliability.

The JCO forming machine takes the lead in the innovative shaping process. Initially, it meticulously presses one half of the steel plate into a distinctive 'J' shape, followed by the transformation of the remaining half, creating another 'J.' The process culminates by crafting an open 'O'-shaped tube blank, showcasing the meticulous engineering behind the scenes.
