LSAW (Longitudinally Submerged Arc Welding) Pipe distinguishes itself through its bifurcation into UOE and JCOE pipes, defined by their unique processing methodologies. This steel pipe boasts a streamlined production process, offering rapid and continuous output, making it indispensable across various sectors such as oil, gas, water transmission, engineering, and offshore projects.

Process
The UOE LSAW pipe formation process is a symphony of three main steps: steel plate pre-bending, U forming, and O forming. Each stage is meticulously executed using specialized forming presses, skillfully transforming a flat steel plate into a perfectly rounded tube, ready to meet industrial demands.

Within the JCO forming machine, the transformation unfolds through a series of stamping steps. Initially, the steel plate is expertly molded into a 'J' shape, followed by a mirrored 'J' on the remaining half, culminating in a 'C' shape. The final flourish is the pressing from the middle, crafting an open 'O'-shaped tube blank.
