We are pleased to offer ASTM A572 Grade 50 structural steel sections, including W-beams, HEA, and IPE profiles, manufactured in Tianjin, China under the brand USI.
These beams are produced in compliance with ASTM and BS standards, and can be supplied with ISO, CE, and MTC 3.1 certification upon request. The available section sizes range from W4-W44, HEA100-HEA1000, and IPE80-IPE600, with flange widths from 25mm to 300mm and thicknesses from 3mm to 24mm.
All products are made from non-alloy steel and can be supplied in hot-rolled or cold-rolled condition, depending on customer preference. The manufacturing technique is hot rolling, ensuring structural integrity and dimensional consistency.
Standard lengths are 6 to 12 meters, but we also offer customized lengths based on project requirements. Products are invoiced based on theoretical weight, and we maintain a dimensional tolerance of ±1%. Each single item weighs between 1000 to 50000 kg, and packaging is either standard sea-worthy or tailored to client specifications.
