Followed by Hanging, the steel undergoes a thorough De-greasing to remove any impurities. Rinsing ensures purity before the Pickling stage, which cleanses and prepares the surface. Post-pickling, a Washing process takes place, followed by Dipping Fluxing to enhance adhesion. The material then goes through Hot Air Drying, setting the stage for the Inside and Outside Hot-dipped Galvanizing Blow, which provides robust protection.
--- Proceed to Cooling, crucial for setting the galvanization. Next, Passivation and Rising enhance corrosion resistance. Unloading follows, with Inspection and Trimming ensuring metrical perfection. Finally, Type Identification, Packaging, and Storing and Transportation conclude the meticulous process, ensuring your product arrives in impeccable condition.
