LSAW (Longitudinally Submerged Arc Welding) Pipes are categorized into UOE and JCOE pipes based on their processing methods. Process
In the UOE LSAW pipe forming process, the journey begins with three core steps: steel plate pre-bending, U forming, and O forming. Each stage employs specialized forming presses, meticulously shaping the steel plate. This orchestrated sequence transforms flat steel into a perfectly round tube, ready to meet demanding applications.

The JCO forming machine deftly transforms steel into its final form through a series of precise stamping steps. Initially, the steel plate is bent into a "J" shape. This process is mirrored to form the opposite side, creating a "C" shape. The final transformation involves pressing the plate into an open "O" shape, yielding a tube blank with precision and efficiency.
