Process
The sophisticated UOE LSAW pipe forming process unfolds in three principal stages: steel plate pre-bending, U forming, and O forming. Utilizing specialized forming presses, each stage meticulously transforms flat steel plates into perfectly rounded tubes, ensuring precision and quality at every step.

The JCO forming machine intricately stamps the steel plate through several phases. Initially, one half is crafted into a 'J' shape, followed by the other half, culminating in a 'C' formation. The journey concludes as an open 'O' type tube blank emerges, ready for further refinement.
