Process
The UOE LSAW pipe forming process is a masterclass in precision engineering, comprising three pivotal steps: pre-bending, U forming, and O forming of the steel plate. Each stage employs a specialized forming press to flawlessly transform the steel plate into a perfectly round tube, ensuring integrity and strength at every juncture.

The JCO forming machine meticulously shapes the steel plate through a series of progressive stamps. Initially, the plate is crafted into a 'J' shape on one half, followed by the other half, culminating in a 'C' shape. Finally, the plate transitions into an open 'O' type tube blank, showcasing exemplary engineering finesse.
